Jeff Tolle is the former pastor of one of the largest youth ministry in the United States. He holds a B.A. in Music from California State University, Northridge and an M.A. in Intercultural Studies from BIOLA University. He is a certified organizational coach, and he currently serves as the Senior Pastor of a new and thriving church plant in Los Angeles, known as CityLife.

  2. Authenticity breeds trust. High rates of authenticity = higher rates of trust. Lower rates of authenticity = lower rates of trust.
